An item is only considered a complaint if the student believes that Gracelyn University is not following its own policies, state or federal laws. Students that have concerns that do not meet this definition should work with Gracelyn staff to resolve them without the formal process described below.
We recommend that students follow the following process to resolve complaints.
The following contact information may be used to register a complaint against Gracelyn University with your state of residence. Be advised that most states will require a student to have attempted to resolve any complaints through the college’s own complaint process before contacting a state agency to request its intervention.
